COMMON QUESTIONS

Get to the right resource.

Which replacement lesson should I use?

Match the call model to the video before following it. The model guide below links each call to its existing lessons. If you are unsure of the model, ask the office and include a clear photo in your email.

Contact the Office →
Is reed replacement the same as band replacement?

They are separate lessons. The current Yote Buster lesson covers reed replacement; the other nine call-care lessons cover band replacement. Use the lesson for your model rather than substituting another call’s instructions.

How do I find a calling demonstration?

Search or filter the Education and Videos libraries. Calling demonstrations and replacement lessons are labeled separately, so you can choose the resource that fits your task.

What should I include when asking for help?

Include the call name or model, what you are trying to do, and the lesson you have been following. A clear photo can help identify an unfamiliar call. Confirm order, return, or warranty questions directly with the office.

Where can I find original historical documents?

The archive connects records to available scans and original-document links. Record pages distinguish dated sources from company accounts and details awaiting verification.

Who should I contact about Canadian distribution?

Review the proposed Western Canada launch plan, then contact the office to discuss coverage and operating responsibilities. Partners, territories, and commercial terms remain unconfirmed.
